You kept asking… so here they are!
Truthfully, I’m not a die-hard food blogger per say, however I do love creating recipes and teaching others how easy it is to create insanely tasty, nutrient dense, and LIFE PROMOTING (as opposed to potentially damaging) kitchen creations.
Food is both medicine AND a great pleasure! We shouldn’t sacrifice either…
Plus, a diet consisting of mostly all organic, whole plant foods helps our bodies to function with most ease, in perfect harmony, and supports our mental, emotional, and ecological balance – so we can set the stage to experience more peace, joy, and energy to pursue our passions… innately from within. And you know, this is something I live hard for.
Also, my not-so-secret motive is to get more people to make insanely good and good-for-you-and-the-planet foods… Because I LOVE eating them! (Who’s having me over to eat the good stuff at your place!?! ;))
So I hope you enjoy these humble efforts on the blog here, and get a bit of inspiration to try some stuff out for yourself.
