I had a blast sharing this mini yoga sequence, bright and early, on Good Morning CT. If the full version is a bit much for your flexibility or health, this same sequence can be done from the edge of your chair too! Instead of standing, from the edge of your chair simply stretch your arms in front of you to rest on a table while you let your head rest down – before coming back up like in the video. This is a very simple, quick way to re-energize and align yourself for any level of yogi (brand newbies – and experienced as well!)
